Who we are
Pilbara Tasker is operated by The Trustee for JMR Family Trust trading as Pilbara Tasker, ABN 36 400 463 786. This policy explains how we handle your personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, optional suburb/phone), job details you post, quotes and messages you send, reviews, licence details you provide, and support requests. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card numbers.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: create your account, show jobs and quotes, enable messaging and payments, send notifications and receipts, display reviews, and provide support.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: Supabase(database/hosting), Stripe (payments and payouts), and Resend (email). We do not sell your personal information. Job-related details are shared with the other party to a job as needed to complete it.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting provider and protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You can update your details in Account settings and remove content such as notifications and finished listings. To request access to, or deletion of, your data, contact us.
